Dessert tables are a great addition to any wedding or event. They provide an impressive display of treats for after dinner or for guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Dessert tables can be customised to your wedding theme and your favourite flavours and I work with you to develop a bespoke menu for your wedding day. My Desserts
Like my cake flavours my desserts are inspired by the seasonal
produce available in Somerset. I meticulously source locally grown, organic ingredients and forage the local land at the right time of year to ensure that I have enough of the seasonal ingredients for my couples' wedding day. Because of the unique ingredients I use, I strongly recommend getting in touch with me at least six months before your wedding day to ensure that I can grow and store enough for your cakes and desserts.
My desserts are created from timeless recipes that I have learnt over the years as a pastry chef. Each dessert is handmade and can be decorated to fit in with your wedding theme (bespoke dessert tables only). To finish of your dessert table design I can provide beautiful service wear to display the desserts upon, and work with your florist or decorator to create a stunning visual display.

If you're ready to create a bespoke dessert table with me, simply schedule an online consultation using the link below. The consultation fee is £15. If you decide to move forward with the booking, this £15 fee is fully redeemable against the £100 deposit. If you wish to 'try before you buy' then a selection of desserts are available to order in the dessert shop.
Please note that there is a minimum spend of £700 for a bespoke dessert table (however this could also include a cake). Most of my couples budget £1000 for their dessert table.
If you don't require a bespoke dessert table or design consultation then I also offer a selection of mini desserts on my web shop. My desserts on the web-shop can be pre-ordered for collection only and there is no minimum. Please note I do not offer a service-wear hire service for desserts ordered from the web-shop.
Delivery and Hire
For bespoke orders exceeding the minimum spend of £700, I provide delivery and complimentary setup. The delivery fee is £0.50 per mile for a round trip. Additionally, hired items like cake stands incur an extra charge, which will be detailed in your quote. A refundable deposit will be required for hired items to ensure their safe return.
