I firmly believe that a delicious cake is an essential part of any wedding celebration. I take great care in designing and handcrafting each cake, resulting in unique and unforgettable pieces. Whether you are planning an intimate gathering or a grand affair, I offer custom-made tiered cakes that can cater to 60 to over 300 guests. My bespoke wedding cakes come in all of my signature flavours, and I can also provide pre-sliced gateaux to complement your dessert spread. My Cakes
I take pride in creating cake flavours that are inspired by the seasonal
produce available in Somerset. I meticulously source locally grown, organic ingredients and forage the local land at the right time of year to ensure that I have enough of the seasonal ingredients for my couples' wedding day. Because of the unique ingredients I use, I strongly recommend getting in touch with me at least six months before your wedding day to ensure that I can grow and store enough for your cakes and desserts. Each of our cakes is a generous six inches deep and is coated in either Swiss meringue buttercream or chocolate ganache before being iced. Our portion guides are based on 1-inch by 1-inch slices. If needed, dummy tiers are also available.

If you're ready to create a one-of-a-kind wedding cake with me, simply fill out the enquiry form or schedule an in-person or online consultation using the link below. The consultation fee is £50 and includes a complimentary in-person or postal cake tasting. If you decide to move forward with the booking, this £50 fee is fully redeemable against the £100 deposit.
Please note that there is a minimum spend of £700 for a custom-designed wedding cake. Most of my couples budget £1000 for their wedding cake.
If you are planning a more simple cake, and don't need a design consultation then I also offer a selection of simple, elegant buttercream and iced cakes on my webshop which can be customised with fruit, flowers or a topper and can cater up to 150 people, I also have a range of pre-designed celebration cakes that would work beautifully as wedding cakes. You can still try before you buy with one of my cake slice boxes, allowing you to taste up to six of my signature flavours (please note that our pre-designed cakes are not available in all of my signature flavours).
Delivery and Hire
For bespoke orders exceeding the minimum spend of £700, I provide delivery and complimentary setup. The delivery fee is £0.50 per mile for a round trip. Additionally, hired items like cake stands incur an extra charge, which will be detailed in your quote. A refundable deposit will be required for hired items to ensure their safe return.
