The Celebration Cake Collection
The Celebration Cake Collection is inspired by popular designs or requests that I have had over the years. I have created these collections to keep my designs accessible for all budgets, so even if you are having a small wedding or you don't have the budget for a custom-designed cake, you can still have a Lydia Kraitman cake on your special occasion. All of our Collection Cakes are customisable with a name or number and we have cupcake and biscuit designs to match if you need to feed more people.
The Celebration Cake Collection are available in the following popular buttercream flavours, and you can buy a taster box of these in the online shop (posted quarterly throughout the year): Lemon, Chocolate Fudge, Strawberry & White Chocolate, Golden Pear & Caramel, Woodland Berry, Carrot & Orchard Apple.
All of our collection cakes come in the following sizes:
6 inch cake - 15 party or 20 wedding portions
8 inch cake - 24 party or 48 wedding portions
6 + 4 inch tiered cake - 21 party or 28 wedding portions
8 + 6 inch tiered cake - 39 party or 68 wedding portions
8 + 6 + 4 inch tiered cake - 45 party or 76 wedding portions.
Party portions are based on a slice 1" x 2" x 3", while wedding cake portions are based on a slice size 1" x 1.5" x 3"
Please note that due to each cake being handmade, we cannot guarantee that your cake will look exactly like the photo.

The Children's Collection
Inspire and delight your child with a beautiful cake in one of our popular fantasy designs.
The Naked Collection
Plain, elegant and simple cakes iced with buttercream ready for your own decoration. These cakes are ideal if you are planning to use fresh fruit or floral decorations and are happy to add the finishing touches yourself. Or you can customise your cake on ordering with a selection of freeze-dried flowers (please note this is a random mix) or gold leaf. I also have a selection of toppers available to order on the additions and extra's page.
Ordering and Pick Up
All of the designs on the online shop can be customised to the flavour and size required and ordered via the online store, I can also add personalisation such as 'Happy Birthday' and names to the design. I require a two week lead time to make your celebration cake, and you can select a convenient time and date to collect from my kitchen in Ashcott, Somerset. If you are ordering a celebration cake alongside other items such as a dessert table and require delivery and set up then please get in contact to request a price for this prior to ordering. Please note that the collection cakes are collection only from my kitchen in Ashcott, Somerset. Delivery for bespoke cakes can be arranged upon request and this will be included in your quote.

I will then create a sketch of the design and email it to you along with a price. Please be aware that this process requires a two-week lead time. Bespoke cakes start at £200 and delivery can be arranged at an additional charge.
